Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive who can independently handle both property leasing and sales transactions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and online platforms.
• Handle end-to-end sales and leasing process for residential and commercial properties.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
• Negotiate pricing and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Prepare proposals, agreements, and follow up on documentation.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams for smooth deal closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/leasing targets.
• Maintain updated database of available properties and clients.
• Compensation Structure:Commission-Based Role (No Fixed Salary).
