·        Make outbound & inbound calls to prospective property buyers

·        Understand customer requirements and share suitable property options

·        Coordinate and assist seniors during site visits

·        Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports

·        Learn project details of leading builders like M3M, Signature Global, Ashiana, Omaxe, DLF, Godrej, etc.

·        Follow the sales process and CRM guidelines

·        Support the sales team in lead management and closures

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

·        Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)

·        Good communication and willingness to learn sales

·        Interest in the Gurgaon real estate market

·        Target-oriented and energetic attitude

·        Fresher-friendly role with training provided
