Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing property sales while ensuring excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, site visits, and referrals

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties

• Conduct property site visits with clients

• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closures

• Maintain records of leads and sales activities


Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Presentable personality and professional attitude.
