Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive for our Real Estate company. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, coordinating with clients, and supporting property sales activities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and follow-ups
- Coordinate with clients and schedule meetings/site visits
- Conduct client meetings and explain property details
- Maintain proper follow-up to close deals
- Update CRM and maintain sales records
- Assist clients during site visits and provide complete project information
- Achieve monthly sales targets
🔹 Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred
- Comfortable with calling and client interaction
- Willing to visit sites when required
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
