Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive for our Real Estate company. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, coordinating with clients, and supporting property sales activities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and follow-ups
• Coordinate with clients and schedule meetings/site visits
• Conduct client meetings and explain property details
• Maintain proper follow-up to close deals
• Update CRM and maintain sales records
• Assist clients during site visits and provide complete project information
• Achieve monthly sales targets

🔹 Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred
• Comfortable with calling and client interaction
• Willing to visit sites when required
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
