Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for handling secondary market transactions including resale of ready-to-move-in properties and rental deals. Focus on inventory sourcing, client relationship management, and quick transaction closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source property listings from owners, investors, and landlords.
  • Maintain an updated inventory database with accurate details.
  • Match buyer/tenant requirements with available properties.
  • Arrange property visits, negotiate pricing/lease terms, and close deals.
  • Ensure smooth documentation, agreement drafting, and handover process.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors for repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly targets for rentals and resale transactions.
