Job Description
Hiring: Real Estate Sales Manager
Industry: Real Estate
Experience Required: 2 to 6 Years (Only Real Estate Experience)
Salary: Best in the Industry
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly & quarterly targets
Drive **site visits, bookings, and closures** for residential & commercial projects
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures end-to-end
Train and monitor team performance, calls, and site visit conversions
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS for management
Candidate Requirements:
2–6 years of proven experience ONLY in Real Estate Sales
Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon / local real estate market preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
Target-driven mindset with the ability to close high-value deals
Experience in handling sales teams is a plus
