Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to convert qualified leads into high-value interior design and turnkey projects. The role involves client meetings, requirement understanding, proposal coordination, negotiation, and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads from digital platforms and referrals
• Conduct client meetings and site visits
• Understand client needs, budget, and timelines
• Coordinate with design team for proposals & BOQs
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain CRM and follow-ups

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of sales experience (interiors / real estate preferred)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Client-handling and closing expertise
• Basic understanding of interior design & turnkey projects
• Target-driven and organized
