Job Title: Real Estate Sales ManagerExperience Required:Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential / Commercial / Mixed-Use Projects)

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Real Estate Sales Manager with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue, managing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring successful project closures. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership qualities, deep market knowledge, and a strong network in the real estate industry.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Lead, train, and monitor a team of sales executives and channel partners.
  • Generate business through direct sales, channel partners, brokers, and referrals.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and investors.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and revenue forecasting.
  • Ensure timely collections and coordination with CRM and finance teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and company policies.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 10 years of real estate sales experience (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial property markets.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-value clients and complex transactions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileStrong network of channel partners and brokers.
  • Experience handling large-scale or premium projects.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
