Marketing Manager – Real Estate (Developer Website Packages)

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling website development packages tailored for real estate developers. This role involves strategizing marketing campaigns, generating leads, building relationships with developers, and driving sales of digital solutions that enhance property marketing and online presence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

·                    Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote website packages for real estate developers

·                    Identify target markets (builders, developers, real estate agencies)

·                    Plan digital campaigns (SEO, social media, email marketing, paid ads)

 

2. Lead Generation & Sales Support

·                    Generate qualified leads through online and offline channels

·                    Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients

·                    Conduct presentations and product demos for developers

 

3. Client Relationship Management

·                    Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers

·                    Understand client requirements and suggest suitable website solutions

·                    Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business

 

4. Product Positioning

·                    Define value propositions for website packages (e.g., property listing portals, CRM integration, virtual tours)

·                    Work with the tech/design team to align offerings with market needs

 

5. Campaign Execution

·                    Manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn)

·                    Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI

·                    Coordinate content creation (brochures, landing pages, case studies)

 

6. Market Research

·                    Analyze competitors and industry trends in real estate digital marketing

·                    Identify new opportunities for product enhancement and expansion

 

7. Reporting & Analytics

·                    Track KPIs (lead generation, conversion rate, ROI)

·                    Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·                    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)

·                    3–7 years of experience in marketing (real estate or digital services preferred)

·                    Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms

·                    Experience in B2B sales/marketing

·                    Excellent communication and presentation skills

·                    Ability to understand technical products (websites, CRM, digital tools)

 

Preferred Skills:

·                    Experience working with real estate developers/builders

·                    Knowledge of property portals and real estate trends

·                    Familiarity with website development concepts (UI/UX, CMS, SEO)

 

Compensation:

·                    Fixed salary + performance-based incentives

·                    Travel allowances (if required for client meetings)

 

Work Environment:

·                    Office + field work (meeting developers)

·                    Collaboration with sales, tech, and design teams
