Job Title: Real Estate Sales Team Leader (candidates having their own Team shall apply)

Job Summary


The Real Estate Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales executives to achieve property sales targets. The role involves driving sales performance, developing team capabilities, coordinating with marketing and ensuring excellent client experience throughout the sales process.


Key Responsibilities


  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives
  • Assign leads and territories to team members and monitor follow-ups
  • Conduct daily sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
  • Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to company policies
  • Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Support team members in closing high-value deals
  • Handle key client negotiations and site visit conversions
  • Track sales pipeline, bookings, and closures
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Ensure smooth coordination from lead generation to booking and handover
  • Resolve escalations and customer concerns professionally
  • Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and site events
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Process & Compliance
  • Maintain compliance with real estate regulations, company SOPs, and ethical standards
  • Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of real estate sales cycles and local market trends


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–10 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Senior Sales role
  • Team sales target achievement
  • Conversion ratio and lead productivity
  • Site visit to booking conversion
  • Revenue generation and collections
  • Team retention and performance improvement
