Job Description - Real Estate Sales (Portfolio Manager)

Skills Required:

•   Should have the experience with higher ticket size (e.g - 15 Lakh - 30 Lakh)

•    5  years of experience in rejection handling (Sales is a plus)

•    Should be able to handle 100 to 150 calls a day (Outbound Calls)

•    Addressing inquiries and resolving issues within specific timeline

•    Quickly assess the situation.

•    Should have good knowledge of Call handling

•    Deliver world-class customer experience

•   Team Handling Skills

Experience Required:

• Min. 2- 5 years Experience in Sales field (i.e Banking Sector, Insurance, Automobiles, Real estate etc)

• Up-selling experience is a plus.

•  Communication and Listening Skills. – Hindi Language (English is a Plus)
