Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to manage, guide, and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strategies, providing training, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for project promotions and lead conversions.
• Monitor team performance and provide continuous training, feedback, and coaching.
• Handle client meetings, site visits, and negotiations whenever required.
• Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Track and analyze sales metrics to improve team productivity and performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with high-potential clients and handle escalations.
• Ensure proper follow-up, lead management, and CRM updates by the team.
• Drive a high-performance culture with consistent motivation and goal-setting.
