Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist / Office Administrator to manage front desk operations while providing essential office administrative support. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Front Desk & Reception DutiesGreet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Provide basic information to visitors and clients
  • Office Administration ActivitiesHandle daily office administrative tasks and documentation
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
  • Perform data entry and update records accurately
  • Manage office calendars, meeting schedules, and appointments
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and arrange refreshments
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier deliveries
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place purchase requests
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff
  • Assist HR and Finance teams with administrative support (attendance records, invoices, expense tracking, etc.)
  • Prepare basic reports, letters, and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
  • Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Required Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, office administrator, or similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Working ConditionsOffice-based role
  • Standard business hours ( 9 AM - 6 PM)
