Job Description

We are looking for a professional and experienced Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.


Key Responsibilities'

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the reception desk and daily front office operations.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes using visitor management systems or registers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for meetings, appointments, and visitor scheduling.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Use front office and office management software such as eZee, cloudbeds and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for maintaining records and communication.
  • Maintain visitor logs, call records, and daily reports using software or digital tools.
  • Assist management with basic administrative and coordination tasks when required.
  • Ensure a professional first impression of the organization for all visitors and clients.
