Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations

•Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.

•Manage the reception area, maintaining a professional and organized appearance.

•Handle all incoming calls, emails efficiently.

•Maintain visitor records, issue entry passes, and coordinate with security as required.

Administrative Support

•Manage booking of meeting rooms and related office communication.

•Manage front office supplies and stationery.

•Support administrative and HR teams with routine office coordination tasks.

Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 1- 5 years of relevant experience in Front office Operations (only Female Candidates)
