Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations
Welcome guests warmly and provide efficient check-in & check-out services.
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using PMS (Property Management Systems).
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
Maintain guest records, ID verification, billing, and payment processing.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and service issues.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, transport, and dining options.
Administrative Duties
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Maintain office supplies, guest stationary, and front office inventory.
Prepare daily reports (occupancy, revenue, arrivals, departures, etc.).
Assist in staff scheduling, documentation, and basic HR coordination.
Manage filing systems, data entry, and record keeping.
Support management in administrative tasks and internal communication.
Customer Service & Hospitality
Ensure high standards of service and hospitality are consistently maintained.
Build positive guest relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Resolve guest concerns with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service mindset.
Knowledge of hotel software (Opera, IDS, PMS, etc.) is an advantage.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and grooming.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in front office or hospitality roles.
Experience in hotel administration or guest services is desirable.
