Receptionist / Front Office Executive

A receptionist is the first person visitors see when they come to the academy. The receptionist welcomes students, parents, and guests and helps them with basic information.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet students, parents, and visitors politely.
• Answer phone calls and reply to basic enquiries
• Guide parents and students to the correct office or classroom
• Receive and distribute letters, parcels, and documents
• Keep the reception area clean and organized
• Provide general information about the academy and programs
• Support the office team with small administrative tasks
• Coordinate with teachers to plan classes and schedules
• Monitor teaching quality and academic progress of students
• Ensure the IB curriculum is implemented correctly
• Organize meetings with teachers and parents
• Help students with academic guidance when needed
• Maintain academic records and reports
• Support teachers with academic planning and resources
