💼 Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Collection & Retention Executive who will be responsible for managing customer payments, reducing churn, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

✔ Handle outbound calls for payment collections

✔ Follow up with customers for overdue payments

✔ Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues

✔ Retain customers by addressing concerns and offering solutions

✔ Resolve customer queries related to billing and services

✔ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

✔ Achieve monthly collection & retention targets

✔ Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

🎯 Key Requirements

✔ Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in collections/retention

✔ Experience in BPO / Customer Support / BFSI / Telecom preferred

✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills

✔ Ability to handle customer objections and escalations

✔ Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
