Recovery Executive

Job Title: Debt Recovery / Collection Executive

Location : Gurugram

Experience: Minimum 1 year in debt recovery, collections, or related financial services

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with borrowers to recover overdue payments via calls, emails, or visits.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and payment arrangements.
• Negotiate repayment plans in line with company policies.
• Escalate high-risk accounts and resolve borrower queries professionally.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess repayment capacity.
• Knowledge of debt recovery laws and financial regulations is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and collection/CRM software.
• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate / Diploma preferred.
