Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Salary: 18,000 to 20,000

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Job Descriptions:

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

* Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.

* Onboard and orient new hires.

* Handle employee queries, concerns, and grievances.

* Promote a positive and productive work environment.

* Updating the candidates with relevant openings.

* Browsing job portals & our own database for the right candidate.

* Should have strong exposure in Recruitment and taking candidates interview.

* Should have experience as an HR assistant, relevant human resources
