Position: Recruiter

Experience: 4–8 Years

Location: Sector 18, Gurugram Head Office

 Key Responsibilities

* Manage recruitment activities across India using multiple sourcing channels.

* Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

* Source and screen qualified CVs aligned with role requirements.

* Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for cultural and technical fit.

* Coordinate with internal departments to finalize hiring decisions.

* Handle salary negotiations and offer discussions with prospective candidates.

* Conduct reference checks and ensure collection of all relevant documents.

* Take ownership of candidate onboarding until successful joining.
