Ltd. is hiring a Recruiter & Coordinator who will be responsible for managing recruitment activities (hiring) as well as day-to-day office coordination and client follow-ups. The role requires strong calling skills and excellent English communication. 1. Recruitment (Hiring) - Handle end-to-end recruitment process - Source and screen candidates through calls - Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates - Maintain candidate database and follow-ups 2. Coordination (Office & Client) - Manage day-to-day office coordination activities - Coordinate with internal team for ongoing tasks - Handle client communication and regular follow-ups - Ensure proper flow of information between clients and internal team - Track and update status of ongoing requirements Required Skills - Excellent English communication (spoken & written) - Strong calling and convincing skills - Good coordination and multitasking ability - Ability to handle both hiring and coordination responsibilities - Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office Candidate Requirements - Minimum 2 years and maximum 4 years of relevant experience - Experience in recruitment + coordination role preferred - Comfortable in client handling and follow-ups - Must be based in or willing to work from Gurugram (Sector 61) Preferred Qualities - Confident and presentable personality - Strong follow-up and ownership mindset - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
