GigHour provides healthcare workers to hospitals. We are a quick hiring service that helps hospital recruiters find immediate joiners for their nursing teams.

We are looking for an intern to work with us for 3 months as a recruiter. You will be responsible for managing our databases of candidates, and help us filter and sort the same.

Responsibilities:

1. Source candidates from databases. Filter based on relevant skills & experiences for GigHour database.
2. Use social media groups and LinkedIn to reach out to relevant candidates.
3. Understand the different job descriptions in healthcare industry to find relevant candidates.
4. Contact and vet candidates for final technical interviews.
5. Report all candidates information in our format to grow database.

Requirements:

1. Pursuing/Completed Bachelors degree in human resources/business/nursing/other relevant fields.
2. Previous internships as recruiters for a hospital will be a big plus.
3. Ownership mentality and accountability to the team are greatly valued.
