Job Title: Recruitment Executive- Domestic Staffing

Job Summary:

Sourcing, Screening and onboarding candidates (Cook, Housekeepers and other Domestic help) by engaging with Online/Offline leads. The role involves Calling potential candidates, explaining job requirements, Conducting Initial Interviews and ensuring smooth placement with clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

1) Lead Engagement: Call & follow with Job seekers from online portals, walk-Ins, referrals    or offline ads.

Explain job roles (Cook/Housekeeping), salaries, working conditions and company policies.

2) Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate’s experience, skill and suitability.

Verify background details (previous employment, references etc.).   

3) Coordination & Scheduling: Arrange in-person interviews or client meetings for shortlisted candidates.

Maintain a database of active candidates for quick placements. 

4) Onboarding Support: Assist selected candidates with documentation, training and joining formalities.

Ensure smooth handover to operations teams.

5) Target-Driven Hiring: Meet monthly hiring targets for cooks/housekeepers based on client demand.

Track conversion rates (Leads →Interviews → Hired staff).

6) Feedback & Improvement: Collect feedback from operation team to improve hiring processes.  

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: More than 1 Years in Recruitment, Tele-Calling (preferably in domestic staffing/blue-collar hiring).  

Communication: Fluent in local language + Basic English (for clear candidate interactions)

Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Excel, WhatsApp and Recruitment portals.  

Persuasion Skills: Ability to convince candidates and handle objections.   

Organization: Maintain Candidate records systematically
