Regional Sales Manager

We proudly work with fleet operators, transporters, 3PL companies, warehousing networks, and government-linked logistics operations across India. With innovation at the core, Safe O Buddy is rapidly expanding to ensure every commercial vehicle becomes smart, secure, and fully connected—from origin to destination.


 Job Summary


We’re seeking high-energy Business Development Executives to accelerate the adoption of our Digital E-Locks and IoT-enabled solutions in the logistics and fleet management sector.

This role demands strong market understanding, local influence, and a true “hunter” mindset to drive revenue growth.


 Compensation & Requirements

Detail - Specification

Salary - Up to ₹1,00,000/month (based on experience)

Incentives - Uncapped performance-based incentives

Vehicle - Personal two-wheeler/car required for daily field travel

Language - Local language fluency mandatory (speak, read & write)

Travel - Extensive field travel within assigned territory


 Key Responsibilities


 Sales & New Business Acquisition


* Target logistics clients: Fleet owners, transporters, 3PL, warehousing operators.


* Generate leads via cold calls, field visits, and industry networking.


* Conduct consultative sales focusing on:


* Theft & pilferage control


* Route compliance


* Shipment visibility & tamper prevention


* Deliver product demos (E-Lock hardware + software portal).


* Own the sales cycle end-to-end — from pitch to closure.


* Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.


 Territory & Market Expertise


* Build presence in local transport hubs & industrial corridors.


* Use regional language to influence and build trust.


* Share market insights with Product and Marketing teams.


 Relationship Management


* Build lasting client relationships through clear communication.


* Coordinate with Deployment & Customer Success teams.


* Ensure client satisfaction from first contact to go-live.


 Candidate Profile


 Essential


* 2–5 years of successful B2B field sales experience in Tech / Security / Telematics / Fleet products.


* Prior experience in Logistics / Transportation domain preferred.


* Valid driving license + personal vehicle.


* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.


* Passion for on-ground sales and business growth.


 Desired Skills


* Excellent communication & negotiation skills.


* Persistent, goal-oriented “hunter” mindset.


* Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.).
