Hiring for a leading Corporate DSA organization based in Gurugram RM and ASM . Candidate Should be experience in Gurugram Market in Home Loan / LAP/ Mortage Loan sales

1. Role - ASM

Product - HL/LAP

Organization:- Corporate DSA

Exp - 5–10 years of sales experience in NBFC, housing finance, or banking sector.

Budget - upto 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and field executives.

 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

 Drive lead generation and client acquisition in the NBFC and home loan segment.

 Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure productivity.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key

stakeholders.

 Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with internal departments.

 Track market developments, competitor activities, and suggest growth strategies.

2.Role :- RM

Product - HL/LAP

Organization:- Corporate DSA

Exp - 1 to 4 years in HL/LAP/ BL/PL Sales ( home loan and LAP sales preferred)

Budget :- upto 5 .5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through market visits, references, and other channels.

• Acquire and manage customers for NBFC and Home Loan products.

• Conduct field sales activities to achieve assigned business targets.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
