Job Description
> š¼ Position : Relationship Manager DSA / DST
> š Location: Delhi NCR , Noida ,Gurgaon , Kolkata , Mumbai ,Bangalore ,
> š° Salary & Benefits = 4 to 5 LPA + Attractive monthly incentives
> Experience Needed = Good Experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage Loans Only Minimum 1-2 years
(Preferred from: SBI , LIC Housing Finance , Bajaj Housing Finance, Aditya Birla Capital , Muthoot Homefin , HDFC, or similar BFSI companies)
Product: Home Loan / Loan Against Property (HL/LAP )
Qualification -Any graduation /MBA business, Finance, marketing
Experience - Min 2-3 year experience sales in home loan or Financial service. Prior experience with managing team and working with DSA agent is required And Good Knowledge of Home Loans / LAP
Key Skills
1- Good communication
2- Good negotiation skill and the ability to close deals
3- Knowledge of home loan products, interest rates, and market treand.
4- Achieve and exceed monthly , Quarterly and annual home loan sales target by effecvely managing the DSA channel
5- Stronge Your Own local DSA Networks
6- Ensure that DSA meet their target by providing them with necessary support and resources.
