Position: Appliance Repair & Service Engineer (Home Services)

Date to Join (DTD): 15/04/2026

Interview Mode: In-Person

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 Fixed In-Hand (Monthly)
• Salary Negotiable (Depend on interview)

Job Timings:

• For Boys : 9:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Age Criteria:

• 20 to 35 years

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair home appliances such as:
• Air Conditioners (Split/Window)
• Refrigerators
• Washing Machines
• Microwaves / Ovens
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing
• Identify issues accurately and recommend solutions
• Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery at customer homes
• Maintain proper documentation of service visits
• Follow safety and operational protocols
• Upsell maintenance plans or additional services when relevant

Skills Required

• ITI / Diploma / Certification in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in appliance repair (field service preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of AC gas charging, electrical systems, and appliance components
• Ability to use tools, testing equipment, and service apps
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned area

Preferred Skills

• Multi-appliance expertise (AC + Refrigerator + Washing Machine)
• Experience in home service platforms or field operations
• Basic smartphone and app usage for job updates
