Job Title: Café / Lounge Bar Manager

Location: Gurgaon | 45-Seater Café & Lounge Bar

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overall Operations: Manage daily café & lounge bar operations, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service teams.
2. Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff; maintain discipline, grooming standards, and positive team culture.
3. Inventory & Stock Control: Manage kitchen inventory and complete bar stock management including beer, wine, liquor, stock audits, wastage control, FIFO practices, and vendor coordination.
4. Guest Experience: Ensure excellent customer service, handle complaints professionally, build repeat clientele, and maintain strong online ratings.
5. Sales & Party Bookings: Drive revenue through party bookings (birthdays, corporate events, kitty parties, etc.), upselling, and achieving monthly sales targets.
6. Reporting & Cash Flow Management: Share daily sales reports and cash flow reports, manage cash reconciliation, and ensure accurate POS reporting.
7. Cost Control & Compliance: Monitor food & beverage costs, maintain profitability, and ensure hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance.

Candidate Requirements:

• 4–5 years of management experience at a café / restaurant / lounge bar
• 7-8years of total experience in hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of bar operations and inventory control
• Experience in handling 30–50 seater outlets preferred
• Good leadership and team-management skills
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation
• Ability to drive party bookings and event sales
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Excel

Salary Range

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience) + performance incentives + service charge
