● Oversee end-to-end restaurant operations including service, kitchen coordination, and daily scheduling

● Manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver high service standards

● Ensure excellent customer experience

● Monitor inventory, procurement, vendor coordination, and cost control

● Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently met

● Coordinate closely with central operations and management teams
