The role

You will be the face of the floor — owning the guest experience from entry to exit, while managing retail display, product knowledge, and front-of-house operations. This is a hands-on role with a management dimension.

What you will do

Greet guests, manage seating, and ensure a warm, elevated front-of-house experience

Manage and maintain the retail section — product display, stock replenishment, and sales

Coordinate with kitchen and barista team to ensure smooth service flow

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback using the LEAST approach

Support daily operations — attendance, opening/closing checks, shift handovers

Drive upselling of food, beverages, and retail products

What we are looking for

1-2 years in F&B, retail, or hospitality — café or lifestyle brand experience preferred

Strong communication skills — English and Hindi essential

Composed, presentable, and guest-first in attitude

Comfortable with retail — product knowledge, visual merchandising, or wellness products a plus

Ownership mindset — someone who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told
