Retail Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive / Salesman – Tiles & Sanitary Showroom

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Experience: 1–5 years (preferred in tiles, sanitaryware)

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Salesman to assist customers in selecting tiles, sanitaryware, and related products. The candidate will be responsible for showroom sales, customer handling, and achieving sales targets.

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tiles, sanitaryware, and fittings
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
• Prepare quotations and follow up on leads
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, architects, and builders
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of products in the showroom
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of tiles, sanitaryware, or construction materials (preferred)
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Customer handling and convincing ability
• Basic computer knowledge (billing, Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)
• QualificationsMinimum: 12th pass or graduate
• Experience in retail/showroom sales preferred
• Salary & Benefits₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Working Hours10 AM – 8 PM (may vary)
• Weekly off (typically one day between Monday–Friday)
• Preferred Candidate Profile - Male candidates
• Local candidates from Gurgaon or nearby areas preferred

Prior experience in tile/sanitary showroom is a plus
