• Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service at all times.
• Handle customer complaints or queries professionally.
• Food & Beverage Preparation:
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Assist in food preparation and plating as per hygiene and quality standards.
• Maintain freshness and presentation of food items.
• Operations & Cleanliness:
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Cash Handling & POS:
• Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of shifts.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
