Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to understand customer needs and convert inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with new offerings

• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic store operations

• Ensure proper display and merchandising of products in the showroom

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business

• Coordinate with the backend team for order processing and delivery

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Presentable and customer-focused approach

• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment Preferred Skills:

• Experience in furniture, home décor, or interior-related products will be an advantage
