Role Overview:

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to turn walk-ins into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Achieve sales targets and improve store performance through effective planning.
• Lead, train, and supervise store staff to maintain productivity and service standards.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries, complaints, and escalations.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and product display as per company guidelines.
• Handle billing, cash management, daily sales reports, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely stock availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in retail store management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
• Basic knowledge of billing systems, POS software, and inventory management.
