Role: Relationship Manager / Area Sales Manager – Home Loan Sales (DSA Channel)

Job SummaryThe Relationship Manager / Area Sales Manager – Home Loan Sales (DSA Channel) is responsible for driving home loan sales through a network of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs). The role involves generating business, recruiting and managing DSA partners, supporting them in lead generation and conversions, and ensuring a smooth loan processing experience for customers. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and external channel partners to achieve sales targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business DevelopmentAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual home loan sales targets through the DSA channel.
  • Develop strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into home loan customers.
  • Drive business growth by strengthening the DSA network and expanding market reach.
  • Support DSAs in closing deals and improving their sales effectiveness.
  • 2. DSA Recruitment & Channel ExpansionIdentify, recruit, and onboard new DSA partners to expand the distribution network.
  • Conduct training and onboarding sessions to educate DSAs about home loan products, processes, and policies.
  • Build a productive and scalable DSA channel to drive consistent business flow.
  • 3. DSA Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners.
  • Provide continuous guidance, support, and mentorship to improve DSA performance.
  • Regularly engage with DSAs to address challenges and resolve operational issues.
  • 4. Lead Generation & Sales ConversionCollaborate with DSAs to generate quality leads and drive customer acquisition.
  • Monitor lead pipelines and conversion ratios to maximize sales outcomes.
  • Support DSAs in handling high-value or complex customer cases.
  • 5. Customer Relationship ManagementDevelop strong relationships with prospective home loan customers.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • 6. Loan Processing & DocumentationSupport DSAs in collecting and verifying necessary documentation for loan applications.
  • Ensure all loan files submitted are accurate, complete, and compliant with company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Processing teams to ensure timely approvals and disbursements.
  • 7. Market Intelligence & StrategyStay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
  • Analyze DSA performance and market opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Provide insights to management for improving sales strategies and market penetration.
  • 8. Sales Performance MonitoringTrack daily, weekly, and monthly performance of DSAs.
  • Provide regular feedback and implement action plans to improve performance.
  • Monitor the quality of leads and loan applications submitted through DSAs.
  • 9. Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure all activities conducted by DSAs adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation, verification, and compliance.
  • Identify potential risks in loan applications and escalate when necessary.
  • 10. Reporting & MISMaintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and DSA performance.
  • Update CRM systems with customer data and sales information.
  • Provide regular reports and performance updates to management.
  • Qualifications & ExperienceEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related discipline.
  • Experience2–3 years of experience in home loan sales or financial product sales for Relationship Manager level.
  • 5+ years of experience in home loan or financial services sales for Area Sales Manager level.
  • Experience working with DSA partners or channel sales networks is preferred.
