Position: RMS & IT Risk Management Executive

Location: Sec-54 Gurgaon

Industry: Stock Broking / Capital Markets

🔎 Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, sharp, and technically sound professional who can manage Risk Management System (RMS) operations along with IT coordination in a fast-paced trading environment.

The ideal candidate must be capable of handling real-time risk monitoring, exposure limits, margin compliance, and trading terminal configurations efficiently.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Real-time monitoring of client exposures, margins, and trading activities
• Managing RMS parameters (SPAN, Exposure, VAR margins, etc.)
• Handling margin shortfalls and executing square-offs as per exchange guidelines
• Managing CTCL IDs and dealer/trader IDs
• App configuration and terminal setup
• Resolving exchange-related terminal errors and login issues
• Coordinating with the IT team for trading terminals and RMS software
• Ensuring compliance with exchange regulations of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) & Multi Commodity Exchange of India (MCX) – Related to RMS work.
• Managing backend risk controls and dealer terminals
• Supporting the front office during live market hours

🧠 Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Equity, Derivatives & Margin systems
• Hands-on experience with RMS software
• Knowledge of exchange compliance and risk frameworks
• Quick decision-making ability under market pressure
• Basic IT troubleshooting and trading software handling skills
• Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail

💼 Experience

• 1–3+ years in RMS / Risk / Stock Broking Operations
• Freshers with strong market knowledge may also apply
