Job Summary: To ensure the trouble free operation and maintenance of fully automated RO water purification plants spread across multiple locations. To work with the Manager Operation and support the team for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long term service and parts sales goals in line with company vision and values.

Key responsibilities:  

• Responsible for coordinating timely deliveries by working closely with the teams 
• Planning and execution of scheduled, predictive and preventive maintenance activities 
• Monitoring, analysis and reporting of key parameters 
• Trouble shooting through observation, testing and statistical tools 
• Management of consumables and spare parts in coordination with Manager Operation 
• Initiate improvement and cost reduction projects 
• Managing CRM, MIS and maintaining machine downtime targets 
• Responsible for reconditioning and maintaining used inventory to Swajal standards 
• Responsible for cleanliness of all water purification plants and systems (standards to be determined) 
• Create handing over reports of new installations 

Qualifications: 

Academic Qualifications 

ITI/Diploma in electrical/mechanical engineering or instrumentation 

Experience 

The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in the area of RO Water treatment industry.  

• Experience with water treatment plants is desirable  

Skills and knowledge 

• Possess good technical and analytical skills for root cause analysis  
• Hands on experience and expertise    
• Well versed with automation
