Sales and Marketing Coordinator

**Job Title**: Office Coordinator (Female)  

**Location**: Gurugram/Gurgaon  

**Shift Time**: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM  

**Job Description**:  

We are seeking a **female Office Coordinator** with a **pleasing personality** and excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be **soft-spoken**, polite, and have the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with ease. The primary duties will include handling incoming phone calls, following up with both existing and new buyers, and coordinating with our manufacturing unit for timely delivery of goods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

- Follow up with buyers, both existing and new, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries.

- Coordinate with the manufacturing unit to track orders and ensure timely delivery of products.

- Maintain proper documentation of all communication with buyers and the manufacturing unit.

- Provide administrative support and assist with daily office tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation in any stream.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.

- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

- Attention to detail and time management.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or office coordination will be an added advantage.
