Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, expanding business partnerships, and strengthening Detailing Bull’s visibility in the local market. This role requires a proactive, target-focused individual who enjoys meeting people, closing deals, and building long-term value for the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
· Identify and approach potential customers through field activity, referrals, and self-generated leads.
· Convert inquiries into confirmed business through confident pitching and follow-ups.
· Close deals for Detailing Bull’s services while maintaining healthy margins.
· Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
· Build a strong repeat-customer base through consistent engagement and service coordination.
Marketing & Market Expansion
· Establish business tie-ups with auto-related businesses, residential societies, corporate offices, and fleet owners.
· Support local marketing initiatives such as brand activations, partnerships, and promotional activities.
· Work closely with the digital marketing team to convert online leads into sales.
· Collect on-ground market insights including customer preferences and competitor activity.
· Act as a brand representative during events, demos, and partner interactions.
Reporting & Coordination
· Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions.
· Share regular performance updates and market feedback with the management team.
· Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience post-sale.
Required Skills & Experience
· 1–3 years of experience in direct sales or field sales, preferably in automotive or service-based industries.
· Strong persuasion and closing ability with a results-oriented mindset.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· High ownership, discipline, and willingness to work in the field.
· Comfortable using basic digital tools for tracking leads and reporting.
· Knowledge of Gurgaon’s local business and customer landscape is an advantage.

· Fixed monthly salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000
