Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for driving sales conversions, analyzing customer data, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales journey.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Sales & Client ManagementEngage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer customized gut health solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles—from lead qualification to closing.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through timely follow-ups and excellent service delivery.
  • 2. Data Management & AnalyticsMaintain and organize sales data to track performance and client interactions.
  • Analyze customer insights to optimize sales strategies and enhance engagement.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records and generate sales reports.
  • 3. Communication & CollaborationCommunicate Sova Health’s value proposition confidently across calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys.
  • 4. Target Achievement & IncentivesConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Earn attractive performance-based incentives tied to results.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, client servicing, or a related customer-facing role.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
