Job Description

  1. Conduct Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new market opportunities.
  2. Qualify Leads Efficiently: Assess and prioritize leads based on fit, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria or similar frameworks).
  3. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create actionable sales plans and outreach strategies tailored to target audiences.
  4. Maintain Accurate CRM Records: Log all interactions and updates in the CRM to ensure transparency, forecasting accuracy, and team alignment.
  5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth client onboarding.
  6. Handle Objections and Negotiations: Address client concerns effectively and negotiate contracts that balance customer satisfaction and business profitability.
  7. Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly quotas and KPIs.
  8. Create Customized Proposals and Quotations: Draft tailored offers that meet client specifications and highlight product/service benefits.
  9. Deliver Product Demos and Training: Showcase product capabilities through live or virtual demonstrations to key decision-makers.
  10. Track and Report Sales Metrics: Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts; provide regular performance updates to leadership.
  11. Ensure Smooth Client Onboarding: Facilitate the handoff to customer success or implementation teams, ensuring expectations are aligned.
  12. Identify Upselling and Cross-Selling Opportunities: Leverage existing relationships to grow accounts by introducing additional products or services.
  13. Collect and Relay Client Feedback: Serve as the voice of the customer, providing actionable feedback to product and leadership teams.
  14. Attend Industry Events and Networking Opportunities: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other networking venues to build connections and brand awareness.
  15. Stay Updated on Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about new features, updates, and industry best practices to maintain credibility and relevance.
