Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Location: Gurgaon, (PSBA Head Office (Mumbai))

Experience : 2-3 years of relevant experience in Banking /finance sector

Salary – 25K P.M

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Coordinator to serve as the key liaison between FIA and PSBA . The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of FIA deliverables and services, and a strong ability to manage relationships effectively. This role requires an individual who can communicate efficiently in both English and Hindi, ensuring smooth and seamless coordination between the two organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as a primary point of contact between FIA and PSBA, facilitating clear and timely communication between both parties.

· Ensure that all FIA deliverables and services are understood and communicated accurately to PSBA.

· Coordinate with FIA and bank to address issues, provide updates, and follow up on pending tasks.

·  Actively manage the BC onboarding process, ensuring that new BCs are successfully onboarded and that all necessary documentation and training are completed.

·  Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for BC onboarding, ensuring that the process is completed efficiently and within deadlines.

· Maintain strong professional relationships with key contacts within both FIA and PSBA Provide regular updates and reports on project statuses and communication activities.

· Address queries and concerns from both FIA and PSBA, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

· Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent.(Graduate)

· 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Finance coordination or communication role (preferred).

· Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi .

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships across different teams and stakeholders.

· Prior knowledge of finance services and deliverables is a plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools for reporting and documentation.

· Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
