About the Role:Hindustan Wellness is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to drive sales over calls.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain company products/services and generate sales leads
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow up with prospects to close sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Proficiency in Hindi and/or English
• Prior telesales experience is preferred (freshers can also apply)

Salary:As per industry standards + Incentives

Working Hours:Full-time (details to be discussed during interview)
