Sales Consultant(KEC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom or dealership with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles based on preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
• Conduct product presentations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory, including specifications, financing options, and promotions.
• Prepare and present sales quotes and finance options; guide customers through the purchase process.
• Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up with potential leads, existing customers, and referrals to generate repeat and new business.
• Ensure timely completion of all paperwork, including loan/lease documentation, registration, and insurance.
• Collaborate with the service and finance teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new vehicle launches.

• Monthly units sold
• Lead-to-sale conversion rate
• Customer satisfaction (CSI) score
• Repeat business and referral rate
• Finance and insurance (F&I) penetration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile sales or a related field
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Familiarity with multiple vehicle brands (e.g., Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, etc.) is a plus
