Sales Coordinator

Supports the sales team by managing orders, facilitating communication between sales representatives, backend and other departments.

1. Order processing and management -Daily handling the processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy, and appointing logistics for timely delivery.

Circulate schemes, price lists, and promotions via WhatsApp/email; follow up on claims and payments from distributors

2. Prepare MIS reports: daily/weekly sales trackers, collections, targets vs. achievement, territory-wise performance using Excel/CRM

3. Coordination - Acting as a liasion between sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure aligned efforts. Coordinate daily orders from sales team and distributors: enter into ERP/Excel, track stock availability, and liaise with dispatch/logistics for timely delivery.

4. Adminstrative support - Maintaining, updating, and organzing client databases, contracts and propsals.Maintain customer/distributor database, outlet lists, and scheme tracking; support sales meetings with MOM and action points.Handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and coordinate with accounts/production for smooth operations.

5. Detail-oriented, proactive, with excellent follow-up and multitasking abilities.
