Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer who can combine technical knowledge with sales skills to promote and sell our Data Center and IT Infrastructure solutions. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Data Center, Server Room, and IT Infrastructure projects.

• Meet potential clients and understand their technical and infrastructure requirements.

• Present company solutions such as:

• Data Center Design & Implementation
• Server Room Setup & Modernization
• Precision Cooling Systems
• UPS & Power Backup Solutions
• Structured Cabling
• Racks, PDUs & Containment Systems

• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and solution presentations for clients.

• Coordinate with the technical/implementation team for project feasibility and execution.

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.

• Track leads, follow-ups, and project status through CRM or internal systems.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Data Center Infrastructure

• Knowledge of Servers, Networking, UPS, Cooling Systems, and Structured Cabling

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into solutions

• Good negotiation and client handling skills

Qualifications

• B. Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / IT / Computer Science

OR

• MBA in Sales & Marketing with technical background

Preferred Experience

• Experience in IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Networking, or Electrical Projects

• Experience in B2B Sales

• Ability to handle corporate and enterprise clients
