Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales and team leadership, preferably in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with working on weekends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Handle client meetings, interactions, and follow-ups to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Assist in creating sales strategies in collaboration with the management to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ensure a smooth client experience and maintain long-term relationships.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–6 years in sales and team handling, preferably in any industry except real estate.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work 6 days a week, including weekends (fixed weekly off on a weekday).
  • Should possess a two-wheeler/four-wheeler (preferred).
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
  • Real Estate experience is not required.
