Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Greet and engage customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options to customers.
- Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations to highlight performance and benefits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize sales agreements.
- Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the finance and insurance (F&I) team to complete documentation.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor models, and industry trends.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of automobile features, specifications, and market trends.
- Basic computer literacy (CRM, MS Office).
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
- Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Diploma or certification in automobile sales or marketing (an advantage).
- Experience:1–3 years of experience in automobile sales or a related field.
- Experience in luxury or commercial vehicle sales will be an added advantage.
- Salary Range:Depends on experience and performance — typically includes basic pay + incentives.
