Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager, located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for managing real estate properties, overseeing lease administration, managing leases, and participating in the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with tenants, managing property maintenance, ensuring compliance with real estate laws, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration

Proficiency with managing Leases and Real Estate transactions

Experience in Commercial Real Estate operations

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
